Important Notices

 IMPORTANT 

Shortly after requesting appointment you will receive an automated email & text message showing your appointment details and instructions on how to send deposit to finalize your appointment(s).

NO DEPOSIT = NO APPOINTMENT

REMINDER:

Please do not reply to automated emails, message will not be received.

For same day availability or to contact me, please only text/reply to 409-877-3291.

DEPOSIT:

  • Single appointments (1-2 people): $30 deposit per appointment is required to finalize client's date and time.

    • For travel appointments, travel fee will also be part of deposit.​

  • Bridal/ Groups (3+)/ Out of town Appointments: 50% deposit is required to finalize client's date and time.

​

REMAINING BALANCES:

  • ​Single appointment (1-2 people): Remaining balance is due the day of appointment upon completion. If paying cash, please have exact amount.

  • Bridal/ Groups (3+)/ Out of town Appointments: Remaining balance is due at least 10 days prior appointment. This helps make the day easier for both the large group and myself.

CANCELLATIONS/RESCHEDULING: (for Bridal/Groups 3+/Out of Town appointments, please see your contract for reference)

  • Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable.

  • Promotional rates to not apply to rescheduled appointments.

  • If client plans to reschedule, availability cannot be guaranteed for the new date, as we book on a first-come, first-served basis upon receipt of deposit. 

  • If cancellation happens prior 24 hours of appointment, you will be granted credit for a new future appointment within 30 days.

    • Please note: one reschedule allowed per deposit granted a 24 hour notice is given as stated above. If the rescheduled appointment is cancelled deposit is forfeited.

  • If cancellation happens within 24 hours of appointment, deposit is forfeited and all future appointments will require non-refundable full payment up front.

  • No-Call No-Shows: You will not be allowed to book future appointments.

  • In rare circumstances if cancellation happens due to my request, I will refund monies received.

HOLIDAY APPOINTMENTS: 

  • If books are open on holidays: Appointments on major holidays are in-studio only.

​

FEES: 

  • Travel Fees: Travel fee is based on fees contributing on commute to and from appointment. If this rate changes between the date of booking and the event date, it is understood by both parties that the rate will be adjusted accordingly. 

  • Parking Tolls & Fees: Where parking, valet, or other fees may be incurred because of parking limitations, the client will be held responsible for this payment, to be paid on event date.

  • Early Start Time/After Hours: a fee is added to total amount for appointments outside business hours.

​TIMING: 

  • Please be on time. If you are more than 10 minutes late your appointment will unfortunately be canceled. 

  • For appointments in a group setting, if someone is late to the time assigned to them and Makeup Artist is no longer able to service them due to timing no refund will be issued. They are considered a no-show.

Bookings/Emails/Text Messages are answered Mondays-Thursdays between 9am-8pm.

However, if your requested appointment/inquiry is within 48 hours you will receive a reply as soon as I'm available. I appreciate your patience as weekends tend to be when I am the busiest and I like to make sure my undivided attention is given to both my client in my chair as clients inquiring to book. That is why when booking I suggest booking online where most of your questions will be answered and makes the booking process faster for both the client and I.

 Prices may increase periodically to reflect industry standard for current level of service and expertise. If this occurs, advance notice will be given and already booked appointments will not be affected by price change.
